I’m a specialist in R&D and project management with extensive experience in developing innovative products. I’ve held R&D leadership roles in the medical device industry and cybersecurity software development. My superpower? The ability to dive fast and deep into new domains, bringing clarity and structure to complex projects. I combine hands-on experience with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework to drive successful outcomes for my clients.
Highlights of My Experience:
As a Program Director at Philips, I released the IQon Spectral-CT Scanner, the first detection-based dual-energy CT to be introduced commercially. Additionally, I led the development and launch of Philips’ most advanced scanner to date, the Spectral CT 7500
As a Software Group Manager at Biosense-Webster (J&J), I led the software development of Carto 3, the most advanced system for treating heart arrhythmia. Launched in 2010, the platform remains the industry leader today.
